With a background in architecture and urban design, Daniel brings his carefully honed aesthetic sense and attention to detail to every DSI project. He oversees all aspects of project management and field operations. Throughout DSI’s history, Daniel has led a handpicked team of professionals to complete highly lauded projects throughout the Chicago region.
“We approach the construction process with a partnership mentality to help our clients accomplish their goals. We do that by looking at the big picture – not just at construction – and make sure they understand the entire real estate process.”
His entrepreneurial drive began in 1985 when he started his own architectural design practice in Buenos Aires, Argentina. After coming to the United States in 1988, Daniel completed his master’s degree in architecture and urban design at Harvard University. Shortly thereafter, he founded DSI with Craig Manske. Daniel became a LEED AP in 2009.
